Training Program

Power Badminton Academy offers badminton classes to players of different age groups and level of play. Each of the training sessions are well-adapted to the level and age of the players inviolved so as to reduce the risk of injuries and to optimize the results. For instance, beginners will be given a lot of basic lessons on how to play the game. Whereas , for players with certain level of play will have to undergo physical fitness and other challenging court routines to improve their on-court skills, power, endurance and fitness.

The placement of each of the players into different groups and sessions will be decided by the coaches.

Categories:

Group 1 : 4 - 8 Years 

Group 2 : Below 12 Years

Group 3 : Above 12 Years

Group 4 : Senior Players (Amateurs)

 

*Special Class - This class is reserved to prepare players for tournaments and competitions.
